Pcsx2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Usage Guidelines
Please read this document carefully before using the pcsx2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pcsx2 platform operating under the domain pcsx2.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pcsx2 platform.

2. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
To access the full pcsx2 service, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
The information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate and verifiable. pcsx2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pcsx2 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact pcsx2 support immediately at [email protected].
You are not permitted to share, sell, or transfer ownership of your account to any other party under any circumstances. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own and you are fully responsible for it.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a pcsx2 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the pcsx2 platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, promotion abuse, or money laundering through the platform.
- Using a fake account or identity, or providing misleading information during registration or verification.
- Disrupting, modifying, or damaging the technical operations of the pcsx2 platform in any way.
- Accessing the platform from a geo-restricted region using circumvention methods such as a VPN or proxy.
Pcsx2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action, including blocking accounts, placing funds on hold during an investigation, or reporting to the relevant authorities if required.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits & Currency
All financial transactions on the pcsx2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TnG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Boost. You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and not from any unauthorised third parties.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Current limit details can be checked in the wallet section of your account after logging in to pcsx2.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pcsx2 account holder. pcsx2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a certain threshold.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. pcsx2 is not responsible for any delays caused by the recipient financial institution.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Third-Party Links

Pcsx2 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding service continuity, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. pcsx2 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
Account Suspension and Closure
Pcsx2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violations, multiple account usage, or any activity deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. Any legitimate account balance in a closed account will be settled in accordance with pcsx2's internal procedures once the investigation is concluded.

The pcsx2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. pcsx2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of external links is entirely at the user's own risk and pcsx2 does not provide any implied endorsement of third-party content.
6. Intellectual Property, Terms Changes, and Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the pcsx2 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of pcsx2 or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this content without prior written consent from pcsx2.
The brand name "pcsx2" and all associated trademarks are the property of pcsx2. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Terms Changes and Applicable Law
Pcsx2 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published to the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the pcsx2 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
